Yes. Technicians can keep working offline; jobs, updates and photos are stored on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns.
Can FT App create jobs automatically?
Yes. FT App includes an AI assistant: type a prompt or speak a voice command and it creates the job, assigns the right technician and sends follow-ups automatically until the job is done.
